Horse Riding Excursions

Born from a dream of the D’Angelo family over twenty years ago, Agriturismo Valle degli Ulivi is today a haven immersed in greenery, where familiarity and warmth are second nature. It is here, among the verdant countryside washed by the River Sele, that our horseback excursions come to life.

A unique adventure and a perfect harmony between man and nature. Riding these free and strong creatures, you will feel as though you are flying on the call of the wind, completely disconnecting from everyday life. An unforgettable experience, suitable for everyone, to enjoy the colours of the seasons and the sound of the rushing river just a few steps away.

Excursion details Our trails are open to everyone, from beginners to the most experienced riders (the minimum age requirement for young people is 14 years).

Low season
45 minutes – 30 euros per person

High season
60 minutes – €35 per person

Useful tips

To ensure you have a comfortable and safe experience, here are a few simple tips:

Clothing
Prefer jeans or long, cool and comfortable trousers. Avoid skirts, shorts or low-crotch trousers: the friction with the saddle could be uncomfortable!

Footwear
Wear enclosed shoes. Absolutely avoid sandals or rubber flip-flops, which are uncomfortable in the saddle and easy to lose.

Travel light
Do not burden yourself with heavy rucksacks or bags. You can safely leave them in your car, your room, or with our staff for safekeeping.

Souvenir photo
If you can, keep your smartphone in an accessible pocket. Otherwise, travelling without a care is very easy: simply hand a phone to our guide, who will take wonderful souvenir photos of you along the way!

The finishing touch
During the summer nature is lush… but so are the insects! Don't forget to use a mosquito repellent spray before leaving.
